Of all things to happen! I was leaving for FL early the next morning and my hearing aid totally stops working! I was in a panic and call to see if there is any chance I can get an appointment to assess and hopefully repair the problem. Otherwise I realized I would have to cancel my flight quickly as it is Friday and I know they will be closed for the weekend!! The Petruso staff showed great compassion when taking my call and after a short waiting period determined if I came immediately they could fit me in! Ten minutes later I was in the very crowded waiting room and in less than half an hour left with a repaired hearing aid with a new receiver!!!! I am SO grateful for the caring and compassionate care by the Petruso Team toward those of us with hearing loss!!
